Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
Since FurBond products are fulfilled through international shipping partners, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. This is separate from processing time.

Shipping Cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after the order ships.

Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package is lost, please contact us at borozco01234@gmail.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.

International Orders
Currently, we ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, any applicable customs fees or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
